A major Aerospace manufacturer required a significant amount of RODI Water to support a new process line. The engineer required audit-ready documentation and a defined path toward future expansion and qualification as their needs grow.
The Challenge
Being a secure location service visits are difficult and cumbersome. Access is limited and uptime is most important.
The Solution
PPT delivered a SkidSpec RO/EDI/DI purified water generation and distribution package designed for near-term pilot demand while embedding provisions for future capacity and qualification upgrades.
The system included Reverse Osmosis, Electrodeionization (EDI), DI polishing, UV treatment, and final filtration, integrated into a skid-mounted architecture to simplify installation and validation support.
The Outcome
The installed SkidSpec system supports manufacturing operations with reliable RODI-grade water and minimal service intervals by utilizing EDI Technology.
