TOC: low-TOC operation by design; targets set per application
Loop sizing: storage and recirc tuned to loop volume & flow (e.g., 3-5 f/s velocity goals)
Materials: Wetted parts PVC, PolyPro, Stainless Steel
Controls: PLC/HMI with alarms, trend logs; remote access options
Utilities: Single-point connections; details per configuration
Footprint: Compact skid, service-clearance optimized
Step-by-Step Purification
How QuickLab works at a glance
Every QuickLab™ system follows a proven sequence of treatment steps—removing impurities, polishing to lab-grade purity, and protecting water quality all the way to storage and distribution. The result: consistent, reliable output you can trust for instruments, processes, and research.
Pretreatment
Carbon + softening/antiscalant as required
Reverse Osmosis
Removes +95% of salts and minerals from pre-treated feedwater
Polishing – DI
Grade purity
UV (254 nm)
For bacterial and microbial control
Final Filtration
1 μm-0.2 μm based on application
Storage & Distribution
Tank, vent filtration, loop recirculation sized to your loop velocity and target flow
