Our client is a large pharmaceutical company in Lexington, MA, delivering on the promise of gene therapy, single treatments with potentially curative results. They have developed a modular technology platform to rapidly bring new disease-modifying therapies to patients with severe genetic diseases. Their facility is one of the largest, most versatile gene therapy manufacturing facilities in the world. This R&D corporation was recently recognized by Frost & Sullivan as a 2017 Manufacturing Leadership Awards winner for outstanding achievement in Engineering & Production Technology Leadership.

As part of their phase 11 expansion the company needed to produce USP Water to feed their WFI System and also the labs within their newly constructed facility. PPT provided the USP RODI water system equipment, installation, start-up, sanitization, and validation documentation for this project.
